I live quite close to this store and I think that it is very good. I am a bit partial to the store on Elston Avenue though because I know the lay out much better and it has a little larger supply of goods. However, I was able to find everything I needed at this location, and at a very reasonable price. The staff doesn't seem as knowledgeable as the ones at the other location, but they are very friendly and more than willing to look for something for you or to look up something for you. I make a lot of beaded jewelry, using glass beads, and the supplies are a bit low at times. But they have a ton of yarn, and the fun yarn too. I recommend this store!

So everyone and when I say every one of the staff members was nice to me besides the manger I have no clue what his name is I think it Mario but he is the rudest person I have been the twice to get something and yes he did help me I will not take that away from him but his tone and the way he talk to people is horrible he wasn’t there when I went there today but I was hoping so the lovely lady who helped me the first time in the back and cut me fabric amazing she talked to me she asked me what was I making and she also said she can’t wait into she see what I have made wanting me to come back then the lovely lady who help me at the front check out was also nice they worked they same day and when I went today around 4:45pm 7/23/2020 the lady in the front was so nice I checked out at 5:05:16 and she was just so nice unlike the manager might not go there again I might go there again if I want to

I had the most amazing experience at Jo-Ann Fabrics on Tuesday. Went in to find material for reupholestering my dining room chairs. A young sales rep by the name of Tae Tae assisted me and provided the best customer service. He helped me find the best deal, told me about the coupons that were available and gave suggestions on alternatives. He def needs a raise or promotion.

Always fun times when I go. Just this I was slow on the draw sales had been pretty much grabbed in the yarn department. Still was able to get what I really need to finish my project. Friendly staff and helpful.

This Joann’s is the biggest one in and around Chicago. One can find more furniture, shelves, frames, seasonal crafts, toys, candy, and projects here than in the smaller stores. They also sell new budget friendly fabrics.
