My family and I were suppose to have a professional photographer at another location take Our pictures but that person did not meet our expectations. We decided to come to Ford City mall and Anahy provided us with exceptional customer service. We received a great deal on our photos. They were beautiful and we are satisfied

Very quick and easy process. Photographer was charming, charismatic, and respectful. Plenty of options to choose from in the backgrounds and props. Photographer was helpful with our poses and stances. Overall, very enjoyable experience and I plan to return in the future.

Tom was very delightful and very pleasant and very quick. We were in and out in about 30 mins and the proofs were immaculate. We will be back!!

I wouldn't call this photography, not even amateur at its best. I take better photos on my phone. The female that worked there rolled her eyes when i told her the cap and gown she offered was dirty, wrinkled and too small (it looked like a gown for a kindergartener). Mind you , i had dropped by to make sure they had a cap and gown available 2 weeks beforehand. Then she spent a total of 10 mins taking the grad pics. And 2 hours printing! I had to tell her what props to use for a grad pic. Props were all dirty and dusty. She would snap 3 pics at a time, not even asking for a smile, nothing. Very dissatisfied!

Service was fine. No wait. I would’ve liked to be able to do more poses. I would’ve definitely paid for more poses if that was an option.
