I LOVE Metro ford service department! I had what I thought was an appointment for this past Saturday but it turns out I mistakenly made the appoint for the following week. The young lady who checked me in was so nice, they still took me in and I was out of there within a 1.5 hours. I was getting an oil change.

When I walked into the service department was not greeted by anyone. Waiting room was dirty and dusty has not been cleaned in months. Bathroom facilities are not up to the standards.

Their Service Center used to give great custom service but no more and I am shocked!!! My father took his car in today for a oil change and what went down became a five ring circus. After being given an appointment to bring his car in for service due to the Pandemic. He came in and technicians told him that they will let him know when the car was finished. No one ever told him the car was done, but they did however call our home several times to let us know the car was finished and he could pick up his car. When we were finally able to get in touch with him, he went to the office seeking his car and the folks at the service desk had no idea where it was located at the dealership. They then proceeded to find his car and come to find out it was located someone all the way in the back of the dealership. They also padded the bill without telling him or giving him the he heads up about the services given. He is a eighty six year old man and they just didn’t care and the service used to be better but not anymore. Folks were coming in and out for service and he was left sitting there for almost close to four hours......NOT COOL! We will have to think in turns of going somewhat else next time like others had expressed to him while he was sitting there waiting for his car to be finished.

I took my car Metro Ford for a safety recall. The service time was not unreasonable. Luis informed me that my car was ready. Luis also informed that the safety recall was address and that the wheels were realigned. I've been driving my car for about a week now and it seems to be pulling to the left now.
