Terrible place, i been coming to this clinic for years for anxiety i am on medication and now that i need a refill i called the pharmacy and they have been sending messages to the doctor and she has been ignoring them. it has been two weeks and she just left me a voicemail yesterday, i try to call back but none answers. then a lady calls me saying that my financial help was expired and that i thats why i cant see the doctor or get the refill, they dont care about your health only the money. smh

I went to the prime care location located on 5635 w Belmont in Chicago IL 60634 and had an extremely disturbing experience with the doctor that I had the appointment at 11 am today 9/14 named Samantha P Thompson. This woman was vile, and has made me feel the most uncomfortable that I have ever felt at a place that I should feel comfortable being in my entire life. She scolded me for being late and abruptly cut me off when I was telling her the reasons for my appointment stating “I’m going to stop you there, you were late and I have another patient waiting so pick what’s important” basically telling me that I could not even discuss all of the reasons I was there and she refused me medical attention and treatment. One of the reasons I went and did not even get to state because of her unethical actions is lung pain and night sweats. God forbid this is something serious that will go untreated thanks to this women’s blatantly unethical and disgusting behavior. I will also be reporting her to the Illinois board of health and filing a formal complaint. I can only imagine how many other people have medical issues that have went untreated for being late.

Me llamaron para mi primera cita y cuando llegue, despues de manejar 45 mts, me dijeron que al mismo tiempo llamaron a 3 personas mas y que como no conteste rapido, mi cita no habia sido elegible. , quiero decir me fue pesimo y NO aconsejo esa clinica

Estoy aqui con mi mama isieron una cita por telefono ella vino y no la atendieron ellos isieron otra cita por telefono y que nadamas tenia que chequearle los hojos aella no leduelen los hojos como que no estan vien preparados les pregunta uno algo y contestan que van apreguntar canvian de doctores y no ledejan saver a los pasientes cuando es surresponsavilidad que los pasientes tienen que saver para si sequedan en esta clinica
