Not only did they provide fast, friendly, and reliable service, my laptop is faster than ever! They took my old super slow windows 7 operating system and upgraded it to a super fast Windows 10 operating system. Additionally, they replaced my failing hard-drive with a solid-state-drive that rivals any new product in the market today. That saved me hundreds of dollars. I plan to let them upgrade my PC next. It's like getting a new computer for a fraction of the price.

I just had a video editing PC built here and I highly recommend using this business to help with your computer needs. I bought all of my parts online and brought them in for the team to build, though I know they offer a service where they will basically research and build your PC as well. I worked with Sorin who was super knowledgeable about everything and gave me a lot of attention over the phone, which was nice. To be honest that's the entire reason I went with them. I was prepared to look elsewhere but from the first phone call they were super nice and were happy to answer all of my questions. There is definitely a reason they have so many positive reviews. Objectively I found their prices to be more than fair and my turnaround time was only 2 days (though I am sure that depends based on volume).

Restorative Counseling

We were very excited to find PRO online, as they seemed to be just what we were looking for. However, we quickly learned that they would set up accounts incorrectly and then charge to fix the errors they made. Then, they decided to increase our rates 3x what we agreed to. Of course, this was not feasible for a small company so we determined an exit strategy. Once again, they were only willing to help if we paid fees well beyond our company budget - as they knew. This company will extort you and not provide the promised results. Please be warned!

PRO was able to take my computer and walk me through the problem almost instantly. They had a plan of action, and took care of everything with lightning speed and efficiency. They even were able to diagnose some unmentioned problems and provide advice on those fronts. These guys are great!
