Our driver Anthony is always going the extra mile to provide clean, well maintained uniforms. Whenever an employee has a size change request or damaged clothing, Anthony has the new garments in stock the next week. The Roscoe staff has been very friendly and always available to help I have to commend our designated service rep Hector, he has been very accommodating ensuring that all of our needs are met ASAP. Customer service has been very over whelming as you are treated as you are that special client; needs/issues are resolved immediately, communication has been very exceptional when it comes to ensuring that we are total satisfied. Work uniforms provided are of high quality, we also order jackets for our employees and everyone was very happy with look and comfort. We use this uniform and mat service at my place of employment in Bartlett. We are extremely satisfied with the products as well as the service. The uniforms are well made and look great! Our Route Service Rep, Drew, is fantastic. Very polite, professional, friendly and efficient! This is the third uniform/mat service we have used and there is no comparison. We suffered through poor customer service, billing issues and thin and ratty uniforms for years so it's quite a nice change of pace to have excellent customer service thanks to Zenaida and professional looking uniforms. We highly recommend Roscoe!
