If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm needing to find out if prior authorization is required for a patient and if it's on file for pt surgery upcoming. They have NO live reps to take calls, wasting everyone's time and money. This is NOT HIPAA compliant. It's organizations like this that make me even more firm in my belief unions do NOTHING other than shove jobs to other countries and waste members' money.

I got to say the time I spent working with this Union was a real eye-opener I was able to see how much this Union really cares about us the members and how far they are willing to go nor rain nor snow kept us from obtaining our contract hands down this Union is all for its members

Horrible scheme!!! Don't if you aren't forced to! Do nothing but take your money. Healthcare is 100% a joke. Tried to file a grievance and was told \100 was far more affordable than I could find anywhere else\ I had to inform my P.C.P. that a medication existed and she still said there wasn't any medication I should have surgery. Later a different UHS doctor prescribed me the medication that I asked about. Now they don't even answer the phones. Only a receptionist name \Luce\ that is rude and refuses to help then alienates you by threatening your job
They do.not fight for your job they don't follow up when a firing happens they do not investigate. Also they don't go after back pay or your pto pay that was never used. I know a class action lawsuit is.coming please make.sure someone contacts me
