They can not keep things together don’t go there ever. I am applying SSN for almost half year and still not be able to get one. Terrible service.

This is the only SSA facility that has metal detector and I don't think that it's up to par for handicap/wheelchair

After getting nowhere on line and waiting almost an hour on the phone trying to apply for retirement benefits, I went to the Cottage Grove office and was served within 5 minutes. Denise could not have been more helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.

More than 1,200 miles are between us---Pat and me. Your return phone call was prompt. I'm glad I called first thing this morning because it was meant for me and Pat. This was our time. I appreciate your tone of voice. You made me feel comfortable and that it was okay for me to rustle through my papers to find answers to your questions.You engaged with me by asking some questions that made me put my thinking cap on and search. I felt slightly anxious. However, your calming, consistent volume and manner gave me my own permission that I could make some noise and look until we were ready to move on to the next item of business.
