Ordered a Christmas gift Nov 23. It hadn't shipped by Dec 10 so I emailed them and was assured it would ship and arrive by Christmas. It finally ships Dec. 15 and of course doesn't arrive by Christmas. I keep emailing, they keep saying it's not their problem they shipped it. Finally get notified it's delivering Jan 16!!!! It shows delivered but it never arrived. Will never deal with these people again! Do not recommend!

I ordered a jersey online weeks ago for a Christmas gift. I sent an email requesting an update on the order information as it was a gift and received an email with a refund for my purchase. They did not give me any explanation, nor ask if I were willing to wait. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company. The owner says they wrote me twice and refunded me a week ago. The ONLY email I received was for the refund and it was dared TODAY. I have a screenshot which I posted on Facebook. Feel free to look at the date. I stand behind my review. Have a nice day.
Absolute worst customer service, communication, and help I have ever had at a company. I bought four products on September 29th with the guarantee that it would be a 10 business day wait before shipping. It is now November 1st. I have called five times sent three emails all with broken promises. I was told I would receive a refund and call back each time I called due to the time that has passed. Today I get an email stating the items have shipped and they aren’t giving me a return. Like I explained to them it’s been way past the wait I was told, I was told I’d receive a refund, and the items were presents the our kids coaches. Which the day has come and past. These people are money scammers. Don’t waste your time or money there. I will be emailing the owner of the company as well.
