1 st time user .needed deep cleaning and Dr dema provided excellent cleaning with a wonderful and caring mannerism. The x-ray technician was efficient and caring . A thank you to secretary cynthia for her efficient service and wonderful help with insurance coverage. Definitely recommend this location to anyone needing dental help or just a general cleaning.

I had a very pleasant experience at Universal Dentist, In the Albany Park Plaza. The wait time was fair considering the initial paperwork I had to fill out. Not a busy waiting room. The staff was friendly. I specifically thought the Dental Assistant Cynthia did a wonderful Job! 80% of my interaction was with her. (12% with receptionist / 8% with Dr.). She had great technical skills, very professional demeanor and appearance. She moved quickly and efficiently to make sure my visit went as smooth as possible. She educated me on how to maintain good dental health and had a great attitude. Cynthia Represented the herself and the company well.

Melissa, the front desk receptionist is the best. She is very sweet, patient, and provides good customer service. She is sweet, she said that my teeth look so beautiful. She's really patient while I take out my card or take my time to do something. She is always smiling. She provides good customer service by making me happy. I'd say she is the only person I like in that office. I hope she can see this or anyone will show her this!

I had mixed experience with Universal Dental on Pulaski in the past. However, I went back today with my three children and was pleased to see that they really care about their service and are working towards making it a good quality dental clinic. They have a new dentist, dr. Mohamed, and he is excellent. I normally have very strong gaging reflex, but dr. Mohamed was skilled and patient and for the first time ever, I didn’t even gag. He spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth and did an excellent job, sparkly clean without pain. My son needed a partial root canal and he did a fantastic job with that. The dental hygienists were all friendly and skilled and everyone took good care of us. I will definitely go back even though we moved far from there.
