if you own a BMW (or not) and you are around Chico CA, this is a must go to place, free coffee, knowledgeable staff, BMW owners ride 2 to 3 hours to have their bikes serviced by OZZIEs Techs. i had no appointment, however they found time to change a chain and two sprockets. great service great staff great place

Ozzie's is awesome! One of the best BMW shops around. Honest, great service department and they don't try and screw you over with high prices like a certain other dealership with an \A\ and \S\ in the name. I can't recommend Ozzie's highly enough, they're great!
