I had a great experience at Mercedez-Benz of Springfield and ultimately purchased the perfect car to fit my needs. We went to look at cars because my wife had leased a Mercedes Benz through the dealership with Riccardo. We texted Riccardo to start the process and instantly he sent us recommendations and feedback. We met Riccardo at the dealership and looked at cars and took test drives. Riccardo was really great. He was personal, communicative and super helpful in accommodating what I was looking for. The dealership was awesome with service and helping expediate the process and getting me into the right car. Even when we returned to get the car, Riccardo and his team answered all our questions, and helped me understand everything. I was so pleased with the service and selection, that I will not hesitate to return for my next car and Ill def be looking to upgrade.
