I’m giving a 2 instead of a 4 based off unprofessional attitude. The place is decent, they have some cool things but they definitely lack a “friendly” professional attitude and when working with the public, that’s important. I clearly misunderstood something that was said to me at a previous visit and the man felt it necessary to repeatedly state that in an embarrassing and degrading manner. I heard it the first time so after he repeated it for a 3rd time in a demeaning tone I was truly feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been going there for years but unfortunately I do not plan on returning after that. I don’t like having to leave reviews like this but it did happen and people should be made aware so the next person isn’t as shocked as I was. This occurred a few days ago so I’ve been battling with myself to even leave this review. Times have been pressing on everyone during this pandemic but it doesn’t make it okay to treat your customers poorly. All I was trying to do was thank him for some previous advice .

The longevity of the business should be enough to tell you that they know what they are doing. 40 years ! Johnathan and his daughter are excellent, knowledgeable, kind and caring. You can find all sorts of herbs, teas, supplements, vitamins and so much more.
I put in order online. The owner responded with product updates. In the time between the two, life changed and the order was no longer needed. Jessica was gracious and efficient in canceling the order. I will definitely return when timing is better!
Being new to vitamins and suppliments, I had many questions for proprietor Jonathan and his daughter Jess. The help from these folks helped me make informed decisions. I will be giving them my repeat business.
Was trying to purchase gift for my wife’s bday, I understand Covid is an issue right now and he refused to sell me an item even through the glass. He was extremely rude over the phone even though I said exactly what I needed and would pay cash.
