My first contact I felt concern by social worker. I feel there are many people in all walks of society that don’t care about anything or anyone

I’ve been waiting for a call back and never received one. So I called like any concerned parent would do. Tried to ask when Kathleen was going to be in.They told me I don’t know, and I have any information, I just answer the phone. I can put you though to her supervisors voicemail. It’s rang 10 times then I was hung up on. Called back and mentioned there was no voicemail, I was hung up on. I just answer the phones. The receptionists says. Apparently they ignore you, even if your child is in danger. Horrible people. How do they sleep at night. This is about protecting our children. Not your ignorant Professionalism.

Have been trying to reach a case worker for over 3 months no with no return from her or “a supervisor” who will call me back instead. Place should be shut down as they let families be destroyed with news that they can’t and don’t validate with case information.

This should be a negative 1 if there’s an option. Employees who are incompetent should be terminated immediately as children’s lives rely on your capabilities to do the job correctly! Start with those employees who mismanaged AJ’s case! You need to review every single case to ensure nothing like this ever happens again!

You are just as responsible for the death of AJ and should be held accountable for your lack of actions. Your hires are supposed to protect children! Shame on you all!
