I’d give 0 stars if I could... drove an hour here with 3 children review said nothing about reservations... when I explained this to the lady she kept saying okay and smirking with my 3 years old and 4 year old were now crying because they were so excited and all I got was an “okay”. Terrible response to crying children don’t work in a child area if you have no compassion for kids.

Really great childrens museum. Lots of space. Lots of interactive activities. Great for under 10. Best for under 6. They do have birthday party rental options too. Really nice well run place.

Loved it... They were very nice, up on the whole virus restrictions. My son loved it. Very hands on for kids and we were happy. Definitely will return again, and there is a kids park outside, too.

The Holyoke Children's Museum is a staple within the city, and is simply a great, fun, and entertaining place to bring young children. The museum is located in the lower lever of the building, you an take the elevator or stairs down. The cost for children and adults is 8 each, 5 for seniors, and free to children 1 year or younger. If you live in the area the best value is a yearly pass. There are many different play areas which include a make believe restaurant, grocery store, dog grooming truck, large bubble making area, flowing water area with boats, two story climbing and crawling area, shadow room, hand puppet theater, pneumatic tube area, toddler play area, and many many more. Everything is geared towards children's playing, learning, and role playing. There are two large birthday rooms with refrigerators, tables, and chairs. One is animal themed, and the other is barnyard themed. The Children's Museum has a lot to offer young children, and no matter how many times I bring my own children they never get tired or bored of it.

I give 0 because very dirty inside in all corners and very rude and unpleasant staff !!! KNOW EVERYTHING that if you refuse to wear a mask inside, and if you tell them that you feel bad when you wear a mask and cannot Breathe, then they will DON'T CARE, and if you do not obey them then they will call the POLICE OFFICERS at you as they did in my case and ruined my vacation !!!
