As others have stated, trying to get in contact with anyone here is absolutely diplorable. The 10 minute EWT is a joke as I have been on hold now for 40 minutes as I type this just to get a simple question answered about my son's follow up appointment time. (The staff just picked up and immediately put me on hold again right now). All calls go directly to voicemail no matter which department you are trying to reach, email communication isn't sent promptly. Getting through their automated prompts is difficult to navigate as well, but it's still \your responsibility\ to reach the correct department in a timely fashion.

I called to make an appointment for my child with special needs, NEEDS WHERE WITHOUT QUESTION WOULD NEED A NEUROLOGIST ATTENTION. The scheduler was rude, kept asking me for PRIVATE information about my child. TOLD ME SHOULD WOULD NOT SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. I needed to make a NEUROLOGY appointment as referred BY MY SON'S PEDIATRICIAN. I ASKED THIS LADY IF IT WAS NECESSARY TO KNOW WHAT THIS APPOINTMENT IS REALLY FOR, I WAS REFERRED AND HE HAS MEDICAL CONDITIONS WHERE JUST BY THE NAMES OF THOSE CONDITIONS SHE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED AND BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT WITH PRIORITY. THIS PLACE FOR CHILDREN?!! THE LADY WAS SO NASTY I WILL NOT TAKE MY SON TO BE SEEN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE HEARS ABOUT THIS, I WAS ALREADY SKEPTICAL ABOUT TAKING MY SON HERE BECAUSE OF THE 2 STAR REVIEWS IT HAS AND ITS A HOSPITAL!

Visit their cafeteria! Truly delicious and fresh foods available. Also, make a stop to donate blood. They do give you incentives like validated parking, gift certificate to be redeemed at their on-site starbucks and a free cup of yogurt from uogurtland over at Children's Specialized Hospital - Clifton - Outpatient Center. Not bad for a pint of blood!

Why doesn’t anyone answer phone calls? I’ve been trying off and on for 3 months after my sons last appointment to schedule his follow up with no luck. Wait and wait with no success.
