Bought a brand new pellet stove that was used as a display only not actually run. Had it less than a year and was told they would not replace the auger motor under warranty that went bad with less than 3 tons of pellets put through it. Mind you this is the third stove I have purchased from them and will never step foot into their store again. Customer service is horrible there should be no question when a product is less than a year old and it fails!!

I wish I could say something good because I also like to support local businesses. I contacted this company several times by phone and was finally asked to send pictures. I had to be the one to call another few times to ask if they received my pictures which I was advised was a \general email\ and they weren't sure who had them since no one contacted me. Then I had to call again to get an appointment. They had to give my message to someone who does the scheduling and would call me back. I, once again, had to call to see when they could come out which really should have been an indication that this company wasn't really interested in my business. But, I then spoke to John, who seemed apologetic for the many calls and we confirmed by email an appointment. I then followed up twice with emails but got not response. I then called the morning of the appointment, spoke to the office and then directly to John, to confirm our late afternoon appointment and proceeded to drive 3 hours to meet Dave with plenty of time to spare. They had the house phone since there is no cell service. I waited and waited and to no avail or surprise, no one showed up! So, I wasted an entire weekend dedicated to this appointment, which by the way, I'm pretty sure would have been a relatively big job for them, masonry work, a purchase of a wood stove, chimney sweep, and installation of a wood stove. I'm pretty certain this is the exact type of work as to what the company represents itself to do? Or am I crazy? On my way home, I then followed up with an email very dissatisfied and upset that no one ever showed. And now, 5 days later, no response to date from the company. Wouldn't dream of having them in my house. Very poor customer service.
