Doug handled my online order and not only price matched the lowest price I found but also beat it by a dollar per tire without me asking. Doug then coordinated with my local America's Tire to get my new wheels/tires installed. Tom from the shop called and kept me in the loop throughout the process. All of the staff were professional and efficient, and I was done and out 40 minutes before my promised time.
Friendliest and most professional Tire Shop around! I live about 30-40 minutes away, but will make the time to visit this location. I never feel like they are trying to pull more money or treat me like I don't know anything. They ALL take the time to breakdown costs and explain the \why\ behind everything. This makes me feel valued and safe. I appreciate them so much!
Even on New Years Eve they did not hesitate to assure me they would stay late after closing time to take care of me, as a walk in, no appointment. They were already very busy and I was getting a full set of new tires. They're service was exemplary, very professional and courteous.
I've been coming to AT for many years both in Cali & TX. Always a great experience! My car has weird size/usually not stocked at the store tires so, I call the store, (they have my info in their system), they order the tires & schedule an appointment and usually it's only a day or 2 till tires arrive. Install goes quick (1hr or so) and I'm good to go! The office dudes are really conscientious & the service dudes have always done a great job. Cant imagine going anywhere else!
