They never sent me my title for my scooter, so I can't register it with the DMV, and they closed up shop and ran. These guys suck!!!! Never buy anything from them. Would give zero stars if I could!!! Been trying to find them for a little under a year now.

Horrible experience with Sunny Sports. They have horrible customer service and are nearly impossible to do business with. Stay far away from these people as I'd rather flush my money down the toilet than give it to these fools. After shipping me a scooter that was defect from the factory, they failed to admit and continued to pursue an option that didn't involve helping the customer. I expect more from business and will never deal with them again

I was quite nervous about purchasing after all the bad reviews I’ve seen. But I needed transportation and didn’t have a lot of money to spend, so I bit the bullet and ordered item MC_D150K. I got exactly what was shown on the pictures. Not bad.

Seem very helpful when you are there in person. Friendly when you do get them on the phone, but very hard to get someone in parts to answer. They never call back or respond to emails. Very poor customer service. Product quality is subpar. My 50tka reverse trike ran well for a few thousand miles then started falling apart. I'm constantly troubleshooting, looking for parts, and almost no one is willing to work on it for me. No other scooter repair shops will touch these. If you enjoy tinkering with a project this is a good choice because these scooters are fairly simple, but require constant maintenance. If you want a quality scooter or motorcycle that is reliable get something else. The reverse trike rides differently from 2 wheel scooter. It feels 'squirrely' at start and braking and requires getting use to before riding smoothly. -Steering stem broke, 80 for new one -Front wheel alignment requires adjusting frequently. -Many parts and screws come loose on their own from vibration -Speedometer and odometer died at 1200km -Drive belt broke at 3000mile (normal lifespan), but tangled up inside and was very difficult to fix -Battery had to be replaced at less than 1000 miles.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. A neighbor of mine told me about a shop near my house that sold scooters because I was interested In buying a second one for my brother. One day I walked in in person to look at their products. The next day I came back, I purchased a 50cc scooter from sunny sports that was falsely advertised to me. For one, the sales man explained to me that the speed would match the speed of my Honda 49cc which goes 40mph at top speed. The speedometer showed 40mph, so I assumed he was right. Also, He explained how the sunnysports 50cc model was street legal in the USA , but previously wasn't due to the certain engine criteria. When I asked to test drive the vehicle I was not allowed. I drove off the lot near closing on my honda 49 cc, followed by my brother on the Sunny sport model. Half way home we realized that his acceleration was extremely slow. Cars was honking and he was not able to keep up with normal traffic on street the merely went 25-30. This vehicle could not possibly be street legal with that type of acceleration. We also relized that the top speed was only 30mph and not 40 how it was being advertised. The next day we drove the scooter back to sunny sports and they refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me another sells rep. When I asked for a number to call corporate, they replied they have no corporate office. I left the vehicle at their store. Sunny sports later put the vehicle in my name, which was wrong because it was originally for my brother. They kept the vehicle as well as my money. The total amount of the purchase was 1050.00 dollars, which was withdrawn twice out of my bank account and wasn't corrected until I noticed their error. This business is a terrible practice.

If u are in the market for purchase a scooter , STAY A WAY FROM THIS Co , is not only the poor quality in the package (protection of the machindase) is the customer service; is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE special if u are talk to a person with a name (Lisa ) she call a self a supervisor, but definilty she need to be supervise by some body , and not let her talk to customers and pretend saying she want to help you.
