Last weekend we purchased a vehicle from Chippewa Valley Mazda. It was throughout a very positive experience. Our salesperson was Chad, he was very professional and flexible. We went there to test drive a certain car and ended up spontaneously trying another model too. Chad had immediately prepared the other car for us and assisted with our questions and concerns. The transaction was simple and fast. After the transfer, Chad took time and showed us the main and most important features of our new vehicle. Thank you so much! From 1 to 10 ratings (10 being the best), we think Chad deserves a 10.

I have had my truck, a 2013 GMC Duramax Diesel, for just over a year now and have put just under 10,000 into it on after market and parts and accessories. I did not look at the truck, or even drive it prior to purchasing, as I was sick at home on bedrest and had it delivered to my house by Morries. Within a week of having the truck it had to go back to Morries at Chippewa Falls where it sat for four months for a DEF problem. I had to replace all steering components from gear box out. Until my mechanic informed me, I was unaware that the truck had previously been used as a plow truck. I put my trust into these people during hard times and have been completely let down, still dealing with issues a little over a year later. I have attached some photos to show the damage caused by truck being used for plowing, which again I was unaware of, and is going to cost me thousands more to get fixed.

The staff were all very nice. The weren't super pushy like a lot of salespeople are. He got the vehicle out where we could see everything and was really good about answering all of our questions. Really worked to keep it in our budget. We've been here a few times now. Great selection also. Recommended!!

I am a first time buyer... at 16 and they gave me a vehicle that had the muffler blowing into the vehicle and it even already had a burned hole on the bottom of the backseat floor. All they told me was there was an exhaust leak. I just got the vehicle today and I was ecstatic until I found this dangerous problem. I drove from Chippewa falls to Edgar and I am surprised the floor mat didn't start on fire!! I would've gave 5 stars but unfortunately I am really scared that they didn't tell me about an important problem that was burning the backseat floor as I drove. The only reason I didn't see the hole before I got the vehicle was because they had a floor mat covering it. If the vehicle was put up on a hoist you can clearly see that! My friend found the problem in 2 minutes! Very disappointed, I'm not going back to this dealership.
