More of a commercial supplier than a retail space, they have a convinient storefront but can have low inventories at times. This is an authentic, hand made, quality ingredients spot where they have seasonal offerings and will even sell you pasta sheets if you wish to roll your own. Close to Jimmy's as well for the the perfect Italian 1-2 grocery punch.

I absolutely love this place. Super fresh and delicious. We loved the lobster ravioli and the meat balls are to die for!

We bought a small lasagna over the weekend and had it for dinner on Monday night. DELICIOUS !!! It fed 3 people and we added our own side salad. There wasn't an overpowering flavor to the dish. By that I mean it didn't taste like any one ingredient like some restaurants tend to do (ie. garlic, oregano, fennel), the blend of seasoning was well done and throughout the dish. It was low on sauce which was great when it came to cooking it because then it didn't drip causing a big mess. So I would have some prepared sauce ready to add next time. I have a gluten intolerance and eating shelf pasta from a grocery store can really cause digestion issues for me. So I can tell their pasta was fresh with no preservatives. Thankful I found a place where I can occasionally treat myself to pasta without fear of getting abdominal inflammation.

I looked at the reviews and they were all good and the pasta looked great. But I drove all the way from Fort Worth and it said it was open online but they changed their hours so when I got there it was closed.

They have fresh, handmade pasta! I usually get a ready-made order for dinner. They have simple instructions for heating in the microwave or oven. You can taste the dedication to pasta!

Local family owned amazing ravioli shop. I brought home five types of ravioli and prepared the eggplant stuffed ravioli. It is simply the best ravioli I have had - fresh taste with the right spices and flavor. The preparation time was under 5 minutes. The pasta and dishes are prepared on site in a very clean facility. The owner is very friendly and takes time to explain the dishes and preparation. Highly recommend a visit to this shop -- it is a hidden Dallas jewel.

Love the pasta. The ravioli and lasagne were as good as what I got in Italy. Awesome! We ate it 2 days in a row, it was that good.
