Latonya is a little rough around the edges but she does her job well. She’s straight forward and people can’t always handle that. I like her. I wish the facility was a little more nicer and up kept but it gets the job done. The staff doesn’t always speak but it seems like they are just always busy and caught up with work. I think you get out of it what you put in it. I recommend this place. They are really helping my addicted family member a lot.

I've been here for almost 2 years. I like the place and Bill understands when I have a request. But honestly the lady from front desk is the meanest person that I ever met. She's rude, unpleasant,unprofessional. She treats clients like trash. If she wants to say something to you she makes sure that there's people so all can hear what she needs to say to you. She makes people cry. I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. This is not free! We paid for this service.

Latonya is very rude, she yells at clients in front of people, she favors certain clients, she makes the clients cry, she will go on the phone and talk bad about you while you are still there and can hear everything she is saying, she causes conflict amongst the clients, you know when something bad is about to happen because then she will be nice. I think they need to put a new lady in front because she acts like the clients money is coming straight out of her pocket that's why everyone is afraid to talk to her because you never know how she is going to react. She says one thing and does the exact opposite. Marry Ann is a great counselor she works with you she tries to help any way possible, she does what she can to help and goes out of her way for the clients.

Hire nurses who know how to count medicine and properly label bottles... totally unethical practice that may lead to an overdose. Bill is a complete idiot and I've been dealing with him for nearly a year as a code-1 patient.... least likeable person on this earth. If you are ever planning on leaving this clinic, DO NOT PAY.

The owners are money hungry jerks. The whole place smells like pee. The woman La Tonya will make you want to use as soon as you see her angry face in the morning. My daughter loves Bill and Maryanne. They have helped her so much but it's sad the owners work them to death while they park their 100,000 cars crooked in two parking places.
