Over the years, my wife and I have worked with various professionals. Many are competent and capable, but we’ve only worked with one who always exceeded our expectations: Phillip. Phil possesses the professionalism, personableness, and passion all clients expect when they engage an expert to support them in their resolutions.
Phillip has served as our real estate advisor for over ten years. In that time, he’s helped us realize many of our real estate and financial goals. In 2009, during a volatile economy and depressed market, Phil helped us find and purchase our first home, a condominium in Northeast Los Angeles. A few years later, he helped us refinance our loan and guided us in our renovation projects. In 2015, as the market heated up and grew very competitive, we sold our condo and purchased our first single-family home, with Phil serving as our agent in both transactions.
All of these deals were demanding and stressful periods in our life, but Phil’s technical knowledge and skills, extensive deal experience, and interpersonal qualities (i.e., his ability to listen, understand, empathize, and collaborate with clients and counter-parties) fortified our confidence in not just the transactions, but also in ourselves, and the decisions and actions we effected together, based on our stated goals. Because of Phil’s guidance and support the last ten years, we’ve been able to establish our family and home on solid ground, save for our future, and build financial security.
