This company has horrible customer service. I placed an order for uniforms over a month ago. They still haven’t shown up I’ve called multiple times asking for updates and no one will give me an answer. Are so call sales rep Tyler Smith can’t even show the common curtesy to return a call to his customers. Why anyone would do business with such a poorly organized and horrible customer service is crazy. Save yourself the headache and find a company that cares about their customers

Worst quality ever !! Seams not properly finished, pants rip on inside leg after a few days... Shirt quality is probably the last on earth. Shrinks after every washing - according to product info. Customer service doesn’t exist. I wish that our company finally gets rid of them ASAP !

Cintas is a great company to work for. As with anyplace you work there are going to be problems. The Management is proactive with dealing with problems that are brought to their attention. I have been working here 2.5 years now, and in my personal opinion this company goes out of their way to take care of employees, especially ones that have been here a few years or more; so much so that I feel its almost to the point of spoiling them, but that not something to complain about. Next time you hear someone complain about Cintas, why don't you ask why, and for facts, and then ask them to think about what has Cintas done for them? Most people I run into on the street that claim to have worked for Cintas, want to come back!!

This company would have been great to work for subtract the racism that goes on, I was employed here through a temp agency and quickly I started noticing things. Black people were being fired for the same things that white people there were doing. This is a very white collared community culture and they will not allow black people to represent their company. I am not the type of person to call a race card but this company makes things very obvious with what they do. Very disappointing. Management was very unprofessional and inadequate

Never replaces uniforms put 10 patches on one hole and still falls off been 2 mo have only 2 shirts and I have money taken out every mo to pay for their garage
