I got this lift chair for my Grandma. She absolutely loves it! Not only does it look good, it’s so comfortable and I’m considering getting one for myself! The sales staff was super helpful making sure this was the correct chair for her and getting it delivered was a breeze. Soooo grateful for Med Mart for making this so easy

Incredible service, starting with their helpfulness on the phone. I was looking for something in particular that was showing out of stock. But they bothered to go look just to be sure. They had it, as it turned out. When I went to pick it up there was a price question - one price online, different in store. Without question, they offered me the lower price. They also took the time to show me what else was available. The store has everything, it seems. Even basic daily care items at competitive prices. It's definitely a go-to kind of place. But the customer service really is second to none. And that's worth everything! Thanks for being so helpful!

I have a Golden Tech. power lift recliner which I've had for about 5 years and because of back injuries I sleep in the chair. Recently I discovered that a portion of the frame that allows for the back of the chair to move, was broken which kept the back from maintaining an upright position. Called Golden and they recommended we contact MedMart even though we hadn't purchased it from them. My wife ended up talking with Wayne in the service dept. and explained the situation and the urgency of getting the chair fixed, since it's my bed, and he came out that evening to replace the broken frame with a good one he took off a different chair. In my opinion, Wayne went above and beyond what was expected to make sure my chair was repaired asap. He's a true asset to Med-Mart and it was a pleasure to have him work on my chair.

This place is very unprofessional especially Mandy. They all sit around and watch US!!!!! Stand in line well waiting on other like your service is not as important. I suggest if you have transportation go to Western Hills MedMart where they treat all there customers equally. Very disappointing
