Great theater and great movie experience. Went to see Wonder Woman 1984 with my children and it was an engaging movie. The kids became distracted after a while. Plus they had already seen the arcade area and wanted to go play. The theater was immaculate and many Covid 19 protocols in place. In addition to the theater, there is a bar and a pizza place within the theater. Give it a try if you happen to be in the Valley.

Very clean. Easy process for purchasing tickets via mobile app. Contactless. There are sanitation wipes for recliners and the staff is very friendly. Mask are required outside of theater, seats are blocked so people cannot sit right next to you. I felt safe while enjoying my movie. The only thing I didn’t like was that the butter station was closed off. So No self-serve extra butter on your popcorn...
It's a big complex, 24 screens. Where you walk in, you can either get your tickets from the kiosk at either end or go to the open window. I suggest pre-order thru the app, because then you just go in. My only negative was there was almost no one at the concessions. We had to wait 5 minutes before someone came around. There was a bell, but I'm not at a hotel and I find that really tacky. Kudos to Cinemark for making the option to get your concessions delivered to you in your seats, Bloody brilliant. My date and I are disabled, so trying to walk with food and drink while using a cane are really hard. The theater was super clean(thank you, covid), and there was no sticky floor from years of slipped soda (past memories from going to 1 theaters in the 80's and 90's). I have a movie club membership and several passes yet, I'll definitely be back.
We were kicked out because of a minor (16 years) accompanied by 2 adults (18 and 20 years) was not allowed to see a rated R movie even though we've cane here many times before and they rule was never enforced. Still not sure why we were kicked out if there were adults there as well? Was a great theater i guess
Clean facility and courteous staff, a movie experience as it should be. It made me feel the world was a little more normal that it's been in a while.
