Nearly ten years ago we asked Michael Simone for his help in creating a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in the state of New Jersey. He was integral to getting that work done so that we could serve our constituents, solicit tax-deductible donations and fulfill our mission to our greatest capacity. Fast forward to the end 2019 and he was there when we needed him again. This time, we needed to dissolve the organization, as our process was complete and the organization was no longer relevant. He walked us through the process, guided us to do as much as we could on our own (saving us legal fees) and gave us all the attention we needed, even though we were small fish in his bigger pond. To top it off, we even received a refund of un-used retainer fees! Bottom line: he was there to help whenever we needed it and didn't waste our time or his firm's. And we were able to do everything with a couple phone conversations and a few email exchanges. Thanks to everyone at the Simone Law Firm!
