Great place to go to get nostalgic. Very well preserved circus memorabilia.
I actually attended the Amateur Circus on Saturday afternoon. It was quite entertaining. It lasts for three hours and has an intermission half way through. It has three rings with something going on all the time. Some acts are more exciting than others, but they're all pretty entertaining. I would recommend it to others. As the title indicates, it's an amateur operation put on by students in the local community.
They have the only totally amateur circus performed by kids 4 thru 21 years old. It's incredible, the performance is better than most professional circuses. It's only performed for a week or two every summer and worth coming even if you have to drive a distance.
Nothing else like this on earth. Greatest circus parade you will ever see. Performances seem professional but are amateur performers and trainers.
