I took a class that met here once a week for 8 weeks. The room itself is outdated and boring, very obviously an old store. It is fine for corporate meetings and classes, but I'd hardly consider it a party venue. And it's in a weird spot if your meeting begins before Macy's opens because you have to park way on the other side of the mall. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For my daughter's Golden Birthday, I wanted a party that would be special and memorable. I was looking for something beyond the cookie cutter party with a tight time limit, limited number of kids, and restricted catering choices. I wanted to work with a venue that was customizable. With St. Louis Event Space, I found all I was hoping for and more! Ginger and her team far exceeded our expectations! They were great to work with leading up to the event as well as the day of the party! We were allowed 4 hours in the space which provided plenty of time for set-up and for our guests to have a great time! The space easily accommodated our more than 60 guests, elaborate decorations, and we could hire the caterer of our choice. They have an amazing team of balloon artists, with balloon arches and table centerpieces creating a super fun and energized atmosphere. There was lots of space and activities for the kids to run and play (and hula hoop!). The face painting and magic show were a huge hit as well!
