This place was amazing. Not only did they have everything you could want for a restaurant but also had a knowledgeable staff. The lady we talked to was a ray of sunshine and her enthusiasm matched her knowledge. I can't wait until I give an excuse to go back!

Pretty selfish stance to not have employees wearing masks. 5 employees on the floor and not a single mask. Every customer in there mask.

A little different than Schweppes but just as good. I'm not a business owner (just somebody that likes to cook at home and appreciates quality equipment) so I'm not in here a lot. When I remodeled my home kitchen, though, it was a great reason to stop in and check out what changes the new name brought. This place is right up my alley - no money wasted on trying to keep a used equipment \showroom\. What you see is what you get, and there's treasures abound here. Picked up used lighting for a song, and they were very helpful in helping me look for seating, even gave me the catalog and told me to not worry about returning it.
