Upside: Great location, place was clean, security gate, owner responsive to questions, washer and dryer available. Downside: parking is a little screwy, I would park in back during day and on street after 10pm. Either way its steps away from apartment. Comments: Would stay here again and would recommend.

I stayed in the Leo and had a great time. Room was delivered early and was clean. Really charming too. I've switched my travel tastes and I like to drive to attractions but be in town for stuff withing walking distance. This place didn't disappoint with scores of restaurants, shops, and the other stuff needed to sustain your on a long trip. So we were comfortable there and would repeat. The bar across the street can get loud when the regulars leave late at night, but that's the price to pay to be across from a bar. Ask me how I know.

Would have given it 5 stars for our 18 day stay if we had actually been able to stay the 18 days. Three days into our stay, we got a call on our personal cell at 9 am from the owners letting us know they had put the property up for sale and wanted to show it at 1 that day. We let them know we were moving and had a lot of our stuff here as well as our senior dog. It made us extremely uncomfortable considering we paid a lot of money for the unit as well as the privacy and security that go along with that. A few days later, we got another call that they had sold the property and would be there that Saturday for an hour with the new owner. They did offer that we could stay if we wanted. Again, we were not comfortable with the entire situation. We elected to contact airbnb who agreed that this was not up to their standards and we were refunded the amount of the remaining days to move out. I would suggest staying at this property if it's run by the new owners or only staying for a night or two if run by these owners. Most stressful airbnb experience we've had.

Pros: Nice accommodations, great location, plenty of shops, eatery's, and so on. Secured, gated entry and stairwell area was a bit cumbersome, but I appreciated the attention to security and safety. Pet friendly with additional deposit and cleaning fee. Cons: Second bedroom is better suited for kids, i felt somewhat claustrophobic with the relatively low ceilings when I checked it out, but we had no need for the second bedroom on this trip. Parking can be a little rough, but we managed with our two vehicles and only 1 reserved parking spot without a citation for the entire week we stayed. Pet friendly, but there is a significant lack of grassy areas if you have a picky pooch. Conclusion: At any rate, it's still a great value and it's fairly quiet and super convenient considering the close proximity to the bars and restaurants along the strip.

Have had a really unpleasant time the last few times that I stayed here. Have booked here more than a few times. Will not stay again. The young lady that called us incredibly rude after our most recent stay and made some super inappropriate and unprofessional commentary to my partner over the phone.. kind of ruined one of my favorite places honestly..
