I had a good experience with this company. They upgraded my order to a new model for free which I thought was great and they got my paperwork to me right away when I filled out the online request form. Shipping did take a bit, but I assumed that would be the case going in (4 weeks from the time I ordered). They were responsive through email only (1 day) to any questions I had and kept me up to date on the order status. Makes me wonder about some of the people writing these negative reviews.

Jim was fantastic at Superior Powersports. He assisted my son in his purchase of his scooter. He was incredibly helpful and responsive to my son's emails and calls. It arrived quickly (within 1 1/2 weeks of purchase) and runs perfectly. He is so happy with his Scooter and recommends SuperiorPowersports.
My girl and I just bought 2 of the TaoTao DB14 Pit bikes and it took only 6 days to receive them. The only damage was on 1 of the bikes caused from shipping and will give a update on that once replaced but besides that both bikes were perfect, assembled very easily and both started on first kick! As long as they fix the damage caused by shipping I will definitely be purchasing more toys from them in the future!
**Update** The issue mentioned in the original post was resolved quickly, and they said that even though the wheel was not under warranty they sent me a replacement rim, tire, and tube for free in a couple days. **Original** I didn't see all of the negative reviews on Google until after I ordered two dirt bikes (DB10 and DB14). But, my experience was very positive. 5 stars on the delivery timing (2 weeks as promised), 5 stars on the customer service (very responsive to my emails). 1 star on the assembly instructions (none provided, I went on Youtube. It took us 3 days to figure out how to start the DB10 because there were no instructions) 3 stars on quality (you can tell these are cheaply made but they work and are fun! The hub cap was missing on the DB14, still waiting to hear what's going to happen with that.) Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
I was billed twice on my credit card for the same transaction . For 2679.93. And my vitacci mini jeep go kart arrived with parts were missing like back light cover and the mirror was hanging without screws . I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Never will recommend another costumer .
