It was a intense for me more so because I havent worked out in awhile. I found it just a lil hard to keep up with the combo punches and some other things while wearing a mask. But overall it was good.

If you are a first timer like i was prepare for the workouts of all workouts. It was an hour class with bethany and i didnt realize how fat i was until i took this class. Point is she is a great instructor. They make sure you are doing proper moves so you dont injure yourself. Discount on groupon today for 6 classes. Get it while it lasts
it was my first time going tonight, becky is a beast and she listens to rad music.
First time there and I felt like the instructor needed a routine we were free lancing and in order for customers to become clients we need to see and feel improvement pls have instructors work on their routine and music arrangement. It wasnt loud or encouraging at all.
Super clean facility & super nice staff. One star off for this experience , Although I've been a member over 3 years, due to an injury, today was supposed to be my 1st day back in a year. I had never attended the 5:45 AM class so I called the night prior to see if there was anything different about this class, & I was assured there was not. I arrived at 5:48 AM (literally 3 minutes late) to find the doors LOCKED. I knocked, and walked past the windows, no one let me in. Then I called and no one picked up the phone. I'm glad I got up way before work to get here and pay 68.00 a month for this. The word "open" at any business typically means the doors are open and the business is accessible. This is just a word of warning so no one else has the same experience. I guess I will have to call again & hopefully the next person i get on the phone will be more knowledgeable. To be fair, I have never experienced this issue for any classes occurring after 9:30 am, so if you don't want to go super early you will avoid this awful experience of being alone in the dark locked out of the gym you pay for.
super unfriendly and rude staff. I was 5 minutes late for a class and they wanted to mark me as a no-show for classpass which would lead to a cancellation fee being charged to me. I tried explaining to the front desk to not do that, and she had an attitude about it.
CKO has changed my life. Down about 45lbs in 2 years and feel healthier than ever. Staff is very personable and professional. Highly recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.
CKO really pushes you to the limit while you have fun doing it! It's a great stress reliever and workout! The staff is friendly and they help you as much as possible!
