I just got my third ear piercings at Claire's, and I highly recommend it! I had a sweet lady named Jordan, she made the experience as fun and painless as possible, she did a fantastic job, and I'm planning on going back for a fourth- only if she does it. Best customer service I've ever had! If you're planning on getting your ears pierced make sure to ask for her!

Today my friend got her daughter's ears pierced. I used to work at Claire's and recommended getting them done there. Greeted kindly by the manager and there were two employees available to pierce my friend's baby girl's ears. The associate was still in training and it was her first piercing. The manager, Tami did not thoroughly tell the gal what to do or give a clear step by step. "Just put the piercing gun on the dot". The associate's piercing was off. Understood. Tami tried again. Everything went well. When checking out, my friend was not given the full run down of how to take care of the piercings. I had to ask the questions to give my friend the proper information. "How often do you clean them?" Etc. Not too thrilled with the communication. Especially when you want to give your customer the best customer service.

Horrible spaced not only mine but my friends earrings at least an inch away from my first and my friends seconds. I was getting my seconds and my friend was getting her thirds. We repeatedly told Desaray that we wanted them in different spots when she still told her that it was not where we wanted it. we were there for maybe an hour and 30 mins. I know from experience that it only takes 30 maybe 45 mins to pick what earring and decide where i wanted it. absolutely ridiculous and we are taking the earrings out and closing the wholes to get them re-done somewhere where they use real measuring tools instead of saying that it’s a maker cap apart. Deseray needs to be fired or needs to be not allowed to do piercings. She also talked about her self-harm tattoos. I don’t care just do your job and pierce my damn ears.

I got my third peircings and they were very nice and very helpful. They did a very good job. I've gotten all my peircings done at Claire's and they always do a fantastic job.

I walked in to Claire’s no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I went up to them asked if they had safety backs and the girl that helped me was like 16/17 and very rude!! She was like this is all we have , talking with her hands and almost hitting me . Every back She recommend fell out or didn’t work as I wanted. Then told me I could buy earrings with safety backs for 65, I wasn’t done talking to her when some make up guy came in I was standing there for 10 min while she was talking to him. Finally got mad and walked out.

The products are great but the teenage girls working in there aren't very friendly and don't know their own sales they have running. Had to figure it out on our own and ended up spending more then we should have but didn't realize it all until we got home and looked through the receipt.
