I brought my \Electrolux\ canister vacuum to Clark Vacuum because I could not get the filter seated properly. He set it in seconds - no charge. I commented \I hope now the suction works.\ He tested it before leaving and the suction was just about non-existent. He kept it and inspected the entire unit. I called me and explained what it needed and suggested other options which weren't necessary at this moment but would need attention in the near future. I picked up the vacuum within 24 hours and it is running better than it did new out of the box! I highly recommend Clark Vacuum. They are not going to give you any snow job. They are honest and reasonably priced. Way to go, Clark Vacuum! Thank you! Wishing you continued success for many years to come!

The man was upfront and clear as to why my model vacuum couldn't be repaired. I wasn't surprised,since it was a rather inexpensive model. He asked if I would be interested in a reconditioned model, which I was, and sold me on one that I knew was superior and at a great price. It so came with a year warranty by them.

Had a problem with my 4 year old Shark vaccum. Called the store. Dropped vaccum off in the morning. Got a call in the afternoon on the diagnosis. Gave ok for repairs. Vaccum was ready next day. Courteous and quick.

Took my vacuum to a store in Westfield who said after 3 weeks it could not be fixed. Took the vacuum to Clark Vacuum who was very nice and professional. Bob had it repaired in a day and a half. Thanks so much.
