I’m very very happy with my Buck 261. It warms the cabin quickly, fits better then expected, looks great, and has created some stove envy with my neighbors. Only wish I had one years ago. The sales staff were knowledgeable, and quick to understand my specific needs. There were issues with the shipper that the staff easily dealt with. I would recommend the company and this product.

The entire experience was AWESOME... i could not have found a better team to put together to get the stove i wanted and everything i needed to have it installed... i tried a local company here in Mobile Alabama but they failed miserably... so i checked online and found Shawn and his company... Shawn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient... i told him what i wanted and viola ! it was shipped right to my door in a matter of days... Best part was that i ended up with free upgrades because the buck stove i wanted was out of stock, so Shawn made it happen with a free upgraded door... Hats off to you and your staff... Excellent customer service...

We had a wood zero clearance fireplace installed. They did a pretty good job with the install. Although they didn't center it, and needed to pull it out and redo the install, which was a pita. But they did the right thing and fixed pretty much everything. Towards the end it felt like they were rushing, but everything ended up nice. We have some cracking in the grout, but aside from that, everyone remarks on how much they like the new fireplace.
