Attempted to get something corrected, initial guy who helped me was very helpful walked me along on the steps on what to do, as well as another woman who’s name I’m forgetting. It’s been months at this point and they don’t communicate anything back, they basically just told me we don’t know what to do, there is no way to resolve this problem online. Incredibly lazy, and just honestly incompetent. I understand that COVID has made things harder to do but the lengths to which they have gone to to do nothing actively is insane. Don’t go here, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

I called to receive some help and the man on the other end of the line might be the rudest person I've ever talked to. If you need help, do not go here, they are unsympathetic and will just yell over you as you try to explain your situation. Literally go anywhere else, he was the WORST.
I just called and asked one simple yes or no question and the lady was incredibly rude. They need to fire and hire some new people, also if you work at this place know that SOME of us customers record our phone calls, ma'am your attitude was recorded and it was disgusting especially during such a terrible time in this world.
INCOMPETENCE! My mother has been trying to get her Medicare since MARCH! It is now October! She has talked to numerous people and emailed and sent in numerous forms. Now they tell her they have no record!?!? She has not seen her heart doctor, or other doctors since February!! She's not covered... You are playing with her life! Get your act together! No one knows what is going on there!
