Sylvia is extremely knowledgeable and provides healing in addition to a relaxing massage. She worked to release tight fascia that was limiting my range of motion and provided helpful tips and stretches for follow up care at home.

Recently had a 4 part session with Sylvia doing some Lymphatic Drainage & Congested Tissue Release. I was in the middle of a nasty flare up of some chronic pain I've been dealing with.
