So we all know this media driven Pandemic has put businesses in hard places. Let me tell you that Jeff, Joe and all the people who work at this Kubota in Cleburne. Down to earth, honest people trying to make a living. I really like how friendly they are even in times like this. I love my machine and finally got the trailer that came with it. Couldn't be happier. Stay and God Bless Also, The lady who works the front door. Sweetheart and super nice. I like that alot. A good greeting and she'll point you in the right direction.

If google would let me put no stars I would. I will never be back to this place. They did extra work to my machine that cost me 1,500 over the quote they gave me! I talked to all the managers and their response was “It is what it is”. I ended up having to pay the full amount with no discount or any reason as to why this was done. I even have text messages sent to me from the service advisor telling me what the total was and nobody cared. They have terrible customer service and just care about making extra money. The whole process took over a month where my machine was sitting there most of the time. Every time I would call to check the status of my equipment I was told it would be worked on that day and it wasn’t. That happened over and over again. There was nothing pleasant about this experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anybody. They will just try to get as much money out of you as they can. I’m sure the management will see this and still nothing will be done.
Really wanted to buy a tractor today. Had too many reservations. John deere financing seems to be a better deal.
They had my ZD 25 lawn mower for exactly 1 month I keep calling to check on mower and was promised some one would get back to me they never did until I called and told them I was picking up my mower . I picked mower up and no one came over to check on us and we loaded Mower and left . Terrible customer service. The only place to take a kubota for service or to purchase one is TEXSTAR KUBOTA IN STEPHENVILLE TEXAS . I rate them 5 star Great place to do business. Larry Francis
