We have been customers of Hall Oil & Propane since 2003. We buy LP gas from them for use in our gas log fireplace. We have always been satisfied with service and price from them. I have done price comparisons with other companies along the way and always chose to stick with Hall.

Hall Propane has always been able to meet our service requests in suitable amount of time - with proper planning. Typically within 24-48 hours.
I buy Gas, Diesel, and propane from these guys. Very reliable refill service. Easy to work with.
Would give O stars, if that were an option. Company engages in deceptive business practices. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing in advance of any transaction. When you sign up with them, it's a 95 setup fee. After purchasing 800 gas logs, they surprised with me another charge of 95. At no point, was I notified in advance that they'd charge me this additional fee; had I known, other options were more price-friendly. When I informed them that I no longer wanted to do business with a company that engages in such horrible customer service, guess what - another 95 fee to remove their tank. On their constant fill plan and every year I run out of gas either on the weekend, Holiday or coldest night of the winter. Very poor customer service.
