Simply the best! Was here on a Sunday when they only offer either the beef or lamb roast. Today was lamb. Outstanding! And as if the food wasn’t good enough we had the most lovely server - Susan! From Scotland with the perfect accent! Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered! Don’t pass this place by!

Really nice place for lunch on a Sunday. Everything was Delicious -- we had the cottage pie, chicken pot pie, fish and chips, sausage roll, battered sausage and the Robin hood. Dessert was also amazing, we had the biscoff bomb and the sticky toffee pudding. Our server was very hospitable and accommodating. Kids had fun trying out the pool table for the first time. Great experience overall, Thank you!
Our first time visiting tonight and we will definitely be back. Delicious English pub food in a friendly relaxing atmosphere. The steak and mushroom pie was amazing and I'm not a mushroom fan. The cottage pie was again another solid dish. We split a sticky toffee pudding and wish we had ordered two. Highly recommend!!!
We finally had a chance to try this place! Absolutely lovely people taking orders. The food is made fresh and to order. We tried a little of everything from the dinner and dessert menu. We carried out due to The Pandemic, but there was outside seating available and plenty of spacing available inside for social distancing. After 2 different visits, we tried about 5 different desserts....holy cow! Yummy! English desserts are amazing!! The ploughman's, fish and chips, sausage roll, scotch eggs and cottage pie were among our favorites. Everything was fresh and amazing. We will go back when we are in town!! A must try!
