I love this gym! I was a serial gym quitter before joining this gym. The way it's set up makes it so easy for me to go on times that I can. The people there have been incredible. Mindy, the co-owner, is so sweet and so supportive. She made my gym experience amazing. Being a working mom having to bring in my little one all the time can be tough but they made us feel so welcomed. Even with all the changes that Covid brought last year, they were still flexible with me on returning. I have lost 20 lbs since joining and I'm so happy I've been blessed with this gym family:)
