I went to donate my very first time ever i was super excited and so nervous at the same a nice lady crystal helped me and explained everything and helped me become less nervous a few moments into my donation i witnessed another donor calling the staff very nasty racial slurs must have said the N word at least 20 times management didn’t come to help at all it was like they were condoning their actions they didn’t apologize to the other donors that were there that witnessed it it was like it almost didn’t happen fast forward i went back to check up on the staff that were there and to my surprise they weren’t there not even the nice lady crystal if you guys want a safe place to go donate i wouldn’t suggest going here

The staff are severely lazy, disrespectful and avoid having to work. If they screw up they expect you to go to the end of the line. Minimum wait is usually two hours or more to get to donation floor especially if they're packed. Beyond terrible experience.
I enjoy the people at this site. I just wish that they could be more compatible with their fees.I think that would improve their donor base.
It's overall a nice place. There's one staff member who is very rude. He doesn't know how to speak to people. The rest of the staff is pleasant and once you're done they are quick to get you out.
Donating is a Good Deed. Somedays the Phlebotomist Can Be Overbearing. Complaining About Their Job and Or Being Unprofessional. One guy in particular wearing fake Chains And Choosing Only To Help Females And Trying To Hook Up. Donating Is A Public Service. Noone should be Mistreated But Welcomed. If Someone doesnt like their job they should seek other employment.
