Alicia was amazing. When I called, I was in distress. She was genuinely concerned and I could tell she cared about my wellbeing. She handled my situation very efficiently and got me an appointment for the next day. I’m so grateful for people who know how to balance professionalism and compassion at the same time.

employees are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to assist me. Genuinely care about me and have big hearts. I feel safe talking with them. They are beautiful people inside and out. Alicia, Tina, Christina, and Elizabeth (Liz) were the specific people who supported me. They also helped me realize when someone says no, there are other people who say yes:) stay strong, look for alternate paths, dont give up. I can’t speak of anyone but Liz Carroll who is uncaring, unprofessional and lacking compassion. She gave my son a low dose of anxiety meds and then never returned his calls when they didn’t work! She couldn’t even give him the courtesy of “dropping” him. After a week of urgent messages, we were forced to find another practitioner, putting him behind mentally and medically for three weeks. Horrible experience, she shouldn’t be allowed to practice for mental health
