I been going to this site since 1987 and watched it change could be a little better but overall I know staff they know me love my Miss Jan and my girls they know who they are️ only thing wishthey would just give 50 each visit because of covid19

CSL Plasma needs a lot of improvement.
This was my first time donating plasma and I was nervous about this location after reading the reviews but it was honestly the greatest first experience. The location was clean and everyone was practicing safe covid guidelines. I felt super informed and everyone answered all my questions. My phlebotomist was Chonita and she was so reassuring and friendly and had no issue getting my vein, and came back multiple times just to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who's interested in donating plasma!
They always treat me good
Horrible service inexperienced staff they can only do a withdrawl if your a skin and bones crackhead with veins sitting higher than your skin. They should really hire some different people I recommend trying the CSL in ELYRIA
