My wife and I have been living in an Integrity Building in Cleveland Heights for about seven months. Location is great, just a short walk to Little Italy, Cedar Fairmount and Coventry. Beautiful surrounding area as well. Management is kind and responsive. Maintenance is always quick. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Old buildings with Mice infestation in both buildings that we lived in. We moved out of one building to another location where we encountered the same mice issues. Keep all records because we received a call 3 months after giving them a cashiers check of 665 (Which was the prorated amount for the second apartment) asking if they could cash it because they had just found it. We told them it’s a cashiers check so the money is already out of the account and how did it disappear? She said they weren’t sure and that they just found it in a file. This Would have been no problem but now 3 months after we moved out they called us wondering why we made an extra payment of 665. Then the book keeper said she had to contact the old manager to verify our story (Who is no longer there). Integrity appears to not have organization within the company. When we moved to the other apartment they had to redo our lease 3 times due to inaccurate information. Integrity also took 2 months with 6 calls to switch our new apartment over in rent cafe so we could pay online. We never had such issues with a leasing company and it just frustrating because we looked to save money for our upcoming wedding and we ended up paying double the amount in the end.Three months after our lease ending and getting our deposit back their book keeper calls says there’s another issue. Of course there is another issue with Integrity . I just would never recommend moving here, save the headaches and pay a little more for the piece of mind.
Words can't really describe what a horrible experience I had renting with this company. The apartment was abysmal, the company cheated me out of the security deposit by lying, it was all a nightmare. Stay far away. If you rent from them, take pictures, fill out your move-in inspection form THOROUGHLY and make sure you have a copy, keep all evidence you can because they are cheats.
Amazing !!!! I am so excited to live here . They do short term leases for students and travelers. Remodeled the bathroom to perfection. I couldn’t be happier . The girls who work here are so sweet . Especially Dani M ! Update : I don’t live here anymore but I felt some of neighbors were pretty snobbish. I hated that the laundry room was always full with people leaving their clothes and half of the dryers not working and having to squeeze soaking wet clothes. They would also wash their pets blankets and leave dog hair in the washer which drove me crazy . It was still an okay place to live. Very clean and nice maintenance . There were no bugs . I’ll still leave 5 stars .
