Pete was my attorney and he was great. He was very clear in his communication with me, and responded quickly to any and all the questions I had about everything going on. Also he helped me get my charges reduced. If anyone needs legal help I would recommend Pete and the team at Luftman, Heck & Associates.

I put a down payment of 16k and made payments of over 1100 per month for almost 3 yrs. I defaulted on my 3rd last payment and Matthew Alden said there was nothing he could do to help me. I gave him 50k and he still couldn’t help me save my home. I would never recommend this firm. I contacted my mortgage company about this and they agreed to help me and lowered my house by more than 600 a month now. My mortgage company was completely baffled that this so called attorney couldn’t help me. If you experienced anything like this from this law firm I urge you to contact the Better Business Bureau like I am

What I wouldn't do is use them. They charge almost 1800 dollarsfor a bankruptcy. I put 50 dollars down and admittedly I had a hard time raising the other 450 that they requested to file. However when I did raise the money I called them back and they say oh no that ain't enough now you have to have 900 and pay us another 900 over a 12 month period. I asked for my 50 back because literally they've done nothing. No filing ,nothing like absolutely nothing and the lawyer said the 50 dollars was for contract. Even though I never signed anything. All I literally did was drop my paperwork off with 50. So now I'm out the 50. Even though 50 is not seem like a lot it is when you're in the middle of financial ruin. So my suggestion to anyone going bankrupt is the please pay attention to the lawyers you try to hire.
