From start to finish Core Outdoor Living was a pleasure to work with. We got in contact with them and not too long after we had them at our house measuring out the potential porch project. And less than 4 months later we are sitting in our screened in porch. The 4 months may seem like a long time but with an amazing company you of course have a queue of jobs. But even with that queue it was less than 4 months from \Hello\ to project complete. Some of the highlights -- Provided pictures of possibilities up front to get our minds going -- Had material samples in hand before making any decisions -- Provided crystal clear details on each material choice in our estimate -- Gave us a choice or add-ons for almost every category you could think of. Roofing, siding, flooring, railings, down to leaf guards on the gutters. -- Provided us with a detailed contract that made the HOA approval a breeze -- Handled all the permits and county-based paper work -- Handled all material gathering during a pandemic! And then we get to the actual construction The entire project took 8 days. Everyone showed up on time and worked all day ensuring this project went quickly and smoothly. With every milestone, we were consulted and part of any decision that had to be made. For the whole project, we only had to answer a few questions for design choices and yet we felt we had plenty of say in how it all went. It was amazing to just let them work and see exactly what you pictured in your head come to life. With any question or any unknown oddity hiding under our house's siding, Core Outdoor Living figured it out. I could go on and on with more details but when you work with Core Outdoor Living you get quality, professionalism, dedication, and honesty. We were part of the project the whole way and yet didn't have to lift a finger; everything was handled for us. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with than Core Outdoor Living.

The team was willing to provide feedback on our vision and guide us to a great solution. They actually started our deck ahead of schedule and finished in two weeks. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways... What a phenomenal experience working with Core. We have very little experience with major home projects but knew that we wanted a deck and grilling station to extend our living space. We were nervous, talked to a lot of contractors, and were the most comfortable with Core. This comfort was confirmed at every step of the project. Starting with just the planning, they worked with us to understand our desires and budget. They offered suggestions and ideas (but were never not pushy) about what gave us the most bang for the buck. They provided practical advice and worked with us on a design risk and materials choices which resulted in an outdoor living and entertaining space beyond out expectations.
