Where do I start? I needed service on my 1 year old unit. Can you believe it? It was only 1 year old! When I called the company that installed it, there was no response for over a week, so I called Climate Experts. Chris supplied me with affordable options to outfit my A/C system with a new surge suppressor and UV light. I couldn’t be happier with the company and their promptness, as well as Chris’ professionalism and knowledge. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. 10/10 will recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you again!

I am extremely happy with all aspects of this company and the work they provided. I needed a new outside unit, new lines ran and a new inside unite installed. Pretty much everything but the air ducts replaced. From start to finish they were great. They showed up on time. Kept me informed on what was going on. Very clean and professional. It was a long day for all of us and their attitude stayed positive and focused on the job at hand. Now my AC works wonderfully and I am confident that it will continue to work wonderfully for years to come. I would 100% recommend them to any one needing AC work! I needed AC repair last fall, they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed it. My Goodman of 10 yrs is worn out, so I called Climate Experts to give me an estimate. I was very happy with Derek, and he didn't try to oversell. Matter of fact, for my house he said anything more than a 14 Seer was a waste of money. You got to love the honesty. He returned with a helper the next week and had my new Rheem installed and working in under 6 hours. I'm very happy and plan on having them do the yearly maintenance. THANKS!!!!
