My neighbors have told me that they have massive amounts of black mold growing in the bathroom. Our ceiling crumbles apart and sticks to the floor and our rugs. The doors and windows are very drafty and the electric bill will be through the roof. After the dericho storm, our windows were broken and it is December, and have not been fixed. Due to “the insurance”. Lots of drugs, in and out of this place. The children steal everything. Garbage everywhere. The walls are paper thin.. must I go on?

Nothing fixed promptly or correctly. Litter constantly in the halls of appartments and grounds outside including parking lot. My bikes chained up at bike rack were tore up and destroyed.

Just another place to live. Although the area is seemingly decently quiet. I do appreciate them resurfacing their parking lot, the creators are no longer present! LOL
